• Third-party platform downtime or technical issues

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be submitted to the appropriate courts in England and Wales.
